Cold-smoked halibut. The flavour and consistency  are amazing. We smoke fish 2 times a week.  Price per 100g, after ordering our employee will contact you to specify weight. For author’s smoking we use old family recipes and put our heart into the process. Our family traditions enable us to maximise the gastronomic qualities of each species of fish.

Halibut is considered a very tasty fish, and our cold-smoked halibut steaks capture its original flavour at its best. Tender,  moderately fatty white meat, low in salt, with a light smoking aroma – it just melts in the mouth instantly. It’s a divine taste extravaganza. There are no bones in the halibut, so you can cut it into thin slices with a sirloin knife and bring joy to the whole family or guests. It can be served as a main dish, as a fine appetizer in its own right or as a sandwich slice.  The price is per 100g, after ordering our staff will contact you to confirm the weight.
