Cold-smoked tuna fillet. Tuna meat, dietary, flavourful. We smoke fish 2 times a week. For author’s smoking we use old family recipes and put our heart into the process. Our family traditions enable us to maximise the gastronomic qualities of each type of fish.
Cold-smoked tuna fillets are an exquisite delicacy on your table. Aromatic, tender and succulent fillets – the real “carpaccio”, all you need to do is add olive oil and Modena balsamico. But even without such a serving, the sliced filet will delight even the most refined gourmet. A special “meaty” taste, embellished with a light aroma of smoking and salt in moderation – it’s a divine delight. Ideal as a standalone dish as well as a side dish for sandwiches and snacks. Easy to slice with a sirloin knife.
