The salmon fillet dumplings are a quick and tasty addition to both festive and casual dinners. The salmon meat is moderately fatty, juicy and has a nice red fish flavour and delicate texture. It’s a great solution for big (adult) and small gourmets who love fish and dumplings. The whole family will be delighted to ask their mother for more. The method is very simple: you can immediately pour boiling water into a pot (2 times more than the volume of dumplings), salt the water to taste, put on high heat, pour the salmon dumplings into the pot (without defrosting) and cook without covering with lid until they float (IMPORTANT: Do not stir with a spoon in any case, only sharply rotating the pan so that the dumplings do not stick to the bottom of the pan), and voila chic dinner is ready. After serving, you can add greens, sour cream and a spoonful of red caviar to the plates.
