Beluga fillet cutlets are the best garnish for the festive table as well as for the everyday dinner. Diet beluga meat has a pleasant taste and tender texture like that of young veal. It’s great for big (adult) and small gourmets alike. Since the feature of this most famous fish is not only the absence of bones, but also the absence of fishy smell and taste, even those children who refuse to eat fish in the normal diet, will be happy to ask their mother for more. Cooking techniques are very simple: put a little oil in a skillet, set on medium (or a little higher) heat, put (without defrosting) cutlets and cover, after 4-5 minutes, check and turn the cutlets on the other side, another 4-5 minutes and voila chic dinner ready. You can also bake them in the oven or steam them. After serving you can add some greens to taste.
