The salmon cutlets are a very tasty and quick decoration for a festive and casual dinner. The salmon meat is moderately fatty, juicy and has a pleasant red fish flavour and delicate texture. It’s a great solution for big (adult) and small gourmets who love fish. The whole family will be delighted to ask their mother for more. The method is very simple: put a little oil in a frying pan, set on medium (or a little higher) heat, put (without defrosting) cutlets and cover, after 4-5 minutes check and turn the cutlets on the other side, another 4-5 minutes and voila chic dinner ready. You can also bake them in the oven or steam them. After serving, you can add herbs to taste.
