Caviar

Here is the caviar known by everyone (caviar or caviars in English translation). Heavenly-tasting caviar products are made from cleaned and salted fish roe. We know two famous varieties: salmon or red caviar, and sturgeon or black caviar.

Black caviar generally has a creamier texture, smaller eggs (roe), and a less fishy taste. Its sublime flavor profile is a perfect match for toast or blini spread with mascarpone. True gourmets consume caviar in its simplest form, on its own, thus being able to enjoy its aromatic taste.

Salmon caviar has red-colored roe; its eggs are larger, most of them beautifully translucent (or clearly visible), making it a perfect choice for decorating dishes or appetizers. The caviar has a pleasant fish flavor and goes wonderfully on top of boiled eggs, with buttered toast, or with blini and mascarpone.
