Caviar salt “Polezhaev Tradition” is made from sturgeon eggs and sea salt of coarse grinding. It is used when cooking seafood dishes or preparing salads and cold appetizers. To be sprinkled over the dish during the last phase of the meal, while being served, so as to bring out the maximum flavour of the caviar. It is advisable to use a hand-mill to crush the salt crystals and bring out the maximum flavour of the caviar.
